摘　　要：目的分析以融媒体为支持的护理教育模式对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法以简单随机抽样法选取2020年5月至2022年12月在江苏省苏州市相城人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,共90例。用计算机随机编号进行随机分组,将其分为对照组(45例)与试验组(45例)。对照组予以常规护理干预,试验组加入以融媒体为支持的护理教育模式。比较分析两组患者干预前后的血糖变化、自我管理水平变化、生活质量变化。结果在干预前,两组患者的餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖尿病患者自我管理知识、态度、行为评价简化量表评分、2型糖尿病患者生存质量量表(DMQLS)评分对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,试验组2 hPG、FPG、HbA1c均低于对照组,自我管理知识、态度、行为评分及DMQLS评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者应用以融媒体为支持的护理教育模式的效果显著,可提高患者自我管理能力,改善血糖水平,提升生活质量。ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the effect of nursing education mode supported by integrated media on patients with type 2 diabetes.MethodsA total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from May 2020 to December 2022 were selected by simple random sampling method.They were randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and experimental group(45 cases)by computer random number.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was added nursing education mode supported by integrated media.The changes of blood glucose,self-management level and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.ResultsBefore intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),diabetic patients'self-management knowledge,attitude and behavior evaluation simplified scale scores,and quality of life scale for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DMQLS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,2 h PG,FPG and HbAlc of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and scores of self-management knowledge,attitude,behavior and DMQLS were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe application of the nursing education mode supported by integrated media in patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,which can improve patients'self-management ability,improve blood sugar level and improve quality of life.
