摘　　要：目的分析五禽戏运动干预对住院精神分裂症(SZ)患者心理健康状况、总体幸福感以及生活质量的影响。方法选取同济大学附属精神卫生中心2023年6月至2023年8月收治的158例SZ住院患者为研究对象,并随机分为对照组与观察组,各79例。对照组给予常规护理,以此为基础观察组给予五禽戏运动干预。比较两组患者的心理健康状况、总体幸福感以及生活质量。结果干预14 d时,观察组简易精神病评定量表(BPRS)指标评分均低于对照组,斯旺生活满意度量表(SWLS)与世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各指标评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对住院SZ患者,五禽戏运动干预可显著改善其心理健康状态,显著提高其总体幸福感以及生活质量,效果良好。ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of five-animal exercise intervention on mental health,overall well-being and quality of life in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia(SZ).MethodsA total of 158 inpatients with SZ admitted to Mental Health Center Affiliated to Tongji University from June 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given five-animal exercise intervention based on the control group.The mental health status,overall well-being and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The mental health status,overall well-being and quality of life of the two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 14 days of intervention,the scores of the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the Swan Life Satisfaction Scale(SWLS)and the World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsFor hospitalized SZ patients,five-animal exercise intervention can significantly improve their mental health status,significantly improve their overall happiness and quality of life,with good effects.
