摘 要:目的分析家庭赋权模式下的护理干预对早产儿母乳喂养成功率、依从性及产妇情绪的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2023年1月复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的88例早产产妇,根据护理方式分为对照组(常规护理干预)43例和观察组(家庭赋权模式下的护理干预)45例。对比两组产妇喂养自我效能量表评分、母乳喂养知识问卷评分、依从性以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果干预后,观察组产妇喂养效能评分及喂养知识掌握评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组依从率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS、SDS低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭赋权模式下的护理干预有利于改善产妇的喂养效能和喂养知识,在提高产妇喂养依从性及心理状态改善方面应用效果更佳。ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of nursing intervention under family empowerment model on the success rate,compliance and maternal mood of premature infants with breastfeeding.MethodsA total of 88 preterm parturients admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from February 2015 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)(43 cases)and observation group(nursing intervention under family empowerment mode)(45 cases)according to nursing methods.The scores of maternal feeding self-efficacy scale,breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire,compliance and self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter intervention,the scores of maternal feeding efficacy and mastery of feeding knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe nursing intervention under the family empowerment model is conducive to improving the maternal feeding efficiency and feeding knowledge,and the application effect is better in improving the maternal feeding compliance and psychological state.
