摘 要:目的探讨持续微氧渗透创面技术管理对糖尿病足患者创面愈合、微环境及炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取开封市中医院内分泌科2021年2月至2022年5月期间收治的94例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象, 依照创面管理方式不同分为管理组和技术组。管理组47例患者给予湿性愈合伤口管理方法对创面进行管理, 技术组47例患者在管理组治疗的基础上联合应用持续微氧渗透创面技术管理方法对创面进行管理。对比两组患者创面愈合情况、创面微环境和炎症因子水平。结果技术组患者创面缩小率水平高于管理组, 创面愈合时间较管理组短(P<0.05), 创面细菌清除率高于管理组。干预4周后两组患者创面渗出评分、组织学类型评分及创面渗液PH值均较干预前降低, 且技术组患者低于管理组(P<0.05)。干预4周后两组患者超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞计数水平均较干预前降低, 且技术组患者低于管理组(P<0.05)。结论持续微氧渗透创面技术管理可改善糖尿病足患者创面微环境, 促进创面愈合, 调节炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous micro-oxygen penetration wound management on wound healing,microenvironment and inflammatory factor levels in diabetic foot patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetic foot in Department of Endocrinology,Kaifeng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into management group and technical group according to different wound management methods.Forty-seven patients in the management group were treated with wet healing wound management,while 47 patients in the technical group were treated with continuous micro-oxygen permeation wound management.The wound healing,wound microenvironment and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups were compared.Results The wound reduction rate of the patients in technical group was higher than those of the management group,and the wound healing time was lower than those of management group(P<0.05).The bacterial clearance rate of the patients in technical group was higher than those of the management group.After 4 weeks of intervention,the wound exudation score,histological type score and wound exudation fluid PH level of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the technical group patients was lower than those in the management group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and white blood cells(WBCs)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the technical group was lower than those in the management group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous micro-oxygen penetration wound management can improve the wound microenvironment,promote wound healing and regulate the level of inflammatory factors in diabetic foot patients.
