摘  要:本文分析了全桥MMC拓扑结构的直流融冰装置的特点,指出全桥MMC融冰装置在不进行融冰时,可兼做SVG运行,代替站内无功补偿设备,提高了设备使用率,同时减少了无功补偿设备投资及占地。针对常规500 kV变电站,研究了直挂式与降压式全桥MMC融冰装置在工程应用中的优缺点,提出了两种拓扑结构的工程应用适应范围。This article analyzed the characteristics of DC ice-melting device with full bridge MMC topology,and pointed out that DC ice-melting device with full bridge MMC can also operate in SVG mode without de icing.Reactive power compensation equipment in the station was replaced,equipment utilization was improved and investment and land occupation of reactive power compensation equipment was reduced.The advantages and disadvantages of direct and step-down full bridge MMC de icing devices in engineering applications were studied for conventional 500 kV substations,and engineering application scope was proposed.
