摘 要:本文依托实际工程项目,以国网通用设计2E2-SJ2型耐张塔为研究对象,利用有限元方法计算了架线施工过程中临时拉线拉力的变化,探讨了不同的拉线预紧力对铁塔和拉线受力的影响,并通过现场试验监测施工全过程中临时拉线的拉力状态。有限元计算数据和试验数据表明,随着架线施工的推进,临时拉线拉力不断增大,实验数据与仿真模拟结果相对吻合。实际工程中临时拉线起到的平衡作用与设计值存在差异,地线挂点处的临时拉线拉力最大,需要加强设计,对于土质松软地区,需采用相应的地锚加固措施确保临时拉线能达到设计的平衡张力值。This article is based on actual engineering projects and takes the original design of the 2E2-SJ2 tension tower as the research object.The finite element method is used to calculate the change of temporary wire pulling force during the erection process.And monitor the tension status of temporary cables throughout the construction process through on-site testing.The finite element calculation data and experimental data indicate that as the stringing construction progresses,the tension of the temporary cables continues to increase.The experimental data is relatively consistent with the simulation results.In practical engineering,there is a difference between the balancing effect of temporary cables and the design value.The temporary cables at the hanging point of the earth wire has the maximum pulling force,and the design needs to be strengthened,For areas with soft soil,corresponding anchor reinforcement measures need to be taken to ensure that the temporary cables can reach the designed balanced tension value.
