摘 要:对中试规模移动床径向反应器的气固流动进行了冷模试验研究,并采用Fluent软件欧拉双流体模型对不同流动形式和扇形筒结构的流场特性进行数值模拟,分析了反应器的压力和速度分布。结果表明,扇形筒与中心管压差模拟值与试验值的误差在5%以内,向心Z形的压差略高于向心Π形;随着气体速度的增大,轴向布气效果变差,向心Π形气体轴向分布优于向心Z形;催化剂床层内“D形”扇形筒之间气体速度偏低,压力沿周向分布不均匀;在模拟气体入口速度范围内,“D形”扇形筒的周向相对不均匀度大于12%,“鞍形”扇形筒在5%以下,随着气体速度的增大,“鞍形”扇形筒的周向布气效果比“D形”扇形筒越来越好。The gas-solid flow in a pilot-scale moving-bed radial reactor is studied by cold model test.The Eulerian two-fluid model of Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field characteristics of different flow patterns and scallop structures,and the pressure and velocity distribution of the reactor are analyzed.The results show that the error between the simulated value and the test value of the pressure difference between the scallop and the center pipe is less than 5%,and the pressure difference of the centripetal Z-shape configuration is slightly higher than that of the centripetal Π-shape.With the increase of gas velocity,the axial distribution of gas becomes worse,and the centripetal Π-shape gives better axial distribution than the centripetal Z-shape.The gas velocity between the D-shape scallops in the catalyst bed is lower than that at other positions,and the pressure distribution along the circumferential direction is uneven.In the range of simulated gas inlet velocity,the circumferential relative non-uniformity of the D-shape scallop is greater than 12%,while the saddle-shape scallop is below 5%.With the increase of gas velocity,the circumferential gas distribution effect of the saddle-shape scallop is better than that of the D-shape scallop.
