摘 要:渤海L油田特超稠油蒸汽吞吐开发过程中产生了较高浓度的H2S,给平台带来极大的安全隐患。通过开展硫元素含量及高温高压热模拟试验研究,分析了硫化氢中硫元素来源及硫化氢生成与原油、储层矿物、地层水、温度之间的关系,同时结合海上平台空间受限及蒸汽吞吐工艺特点,开发了硫化氢处理工艺。结果表明,渤海L油田蒸汽吞吐过程中产生的硫化氢硫元素来源主要为原油,其次为地层水中硫酸根离子,硫化氢的生成受控于受热温度及地层水中硫酸根离子的浓度;开发的脱硫剂及小型化脱硫装置可满足海上热采井放喷及生产过程中硫化氢的处理需求,保障了海上油田安全生产。During the steam huff and puff development process of the Bohai L Oilfield,a high concentration of hydrogen sulfide is generated,which poses a great safety hazard to the platform.By conducting sulfur content and high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,the source of sulfur in hydrogen sulfide and its relationship with crude oil,reservoir minerals,formation water,and temperature are analyzed.At the same time,combined with the limited space of offshore platforms and the characteristics of steam huff and puff processes,supporting measures for hydrogen sulfide treatment are formed.The results indicate that the main source of sulfur elements in the hydrogen sulfide produced during the steam huff and puff process of the Bohai L Oilfield is crude oil,followed by the sulfate ions in the formation water.The formation of hydrogen sulfide is controlled by the temperature and the concentration of sulfate ions in the formation water.The developed desulfurizer and miniaturized desulfurization device can meet the treatment needs of hydrogen sulfide during the blowout and production process of offshore thermal recovery wells,ensuring the safety of production in offshore oil fields.
