摘 要:通过焙烧法成功制备了a-TiO_(2)/r-TiO_(2)相结试样。XRD和Raman分析表明,通过改变焙烧时间实现了试样中a-TiO_(2)和r-TiO_(2)的含量调控。在光催化降解甲醛试验中,所有a-TiO_(2)/r-TiO_(2)相结试样的活性均高于纯a-TiO_(2)和r-TiO_(2)试样。其中组成(w)为47.6%a-TiO_(2)+52.4%r-TiO_(2)试样的活性最佳,经过5 h光照后甲醛降解率达到了96.9%,反应速率分别为纯a-TiO_(2)和r-TiO_(2)试样的13.6和24.5倍。表面光电压谱和光电流曲线分析表明光催化活性差异的主要原因是a-TiO_(2)/r-TiO_(2)相结促进了光生载流子分离效率,进而提高光催化活性。The a-TiO_2/r-TiO_(2) phase junction samples are successfully prepared by calcination method.XRD and Raman analysis show that the content of a-Ti O_(2) and r-TiO_(2) in the sample is adjusted by changing the calcination time.In the experiment of photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde,the activity of all a-TiO_2/r-TiO_(2) phase junction samples is higher than that of pure a-TiO_(2) and r-TiO_(2) samples.The sample with 47.6% a-TiO_2+52.4% r-TiO_(2) show the best activity.After 5 hours of light irradiation,the formaldehyde degradation rate can reach 96.9%,and the reaction rate is 13.6 and 24.5 times higher than that of pure a-TiO_(2) and r-TiO_(2) respectively.Surface photovoltage spectroscopy and photocurrent curve analysis show that the main reason for the difference in photocatalytic activity is that a-TiO_2/r-TiO_(2) phase junction could promote the separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers,thereby improving the photocatalytic activity.
