相邻分层进路交错垂直开采下进路围岩稳定性数值模拟

摘  要:针对下向分层充填采矿相邻分层进路交错垂直开采条件下的进路围岩稳定性问题,建立进路围岩结构受力模型,并分析不同开采条件下充填假顶对进路围岩稳定性影响特征,得到三期进路开采下充填假顶力学状态。利用FLAC3D数值模拟对下分层“三期”进路开采下的进路围岩应力演化特征进行模拟分析。结果表明:在下分层一、二期进路回采充填过程中,两矿体侧帮在推进方向上,水平应力呈驼峰状分布,一期开采过程中,进路两帮垂直位移出现对称的正负值;三期进路回采过程中,未回采进路矿体承载上覆载荷越来越大,危险系数逐渐增加;受采动影响,下分层边缘进路稳定性较差,尤其无假顶边缘进路回采时,岩体稳定性差,危险系数高,回采时需要加强支护。Aiming at the stability problem in the surrounding rock of the adjacent layered staggered vertical mining conditions during the downward layered filling mining,a stress model of the surrounding rock structure of the excavation was established,and the influence characteristics of the backfill roof on the stability of the surrounding rock under different mining conditions were analyzed,then the mechanical state of the backfill roof under the third-stage excavation was obtained.Using FLAC3D numerical simulation,the stress evolution characteristics of the surrounding rock under the“third-stage”tunneling mining in the lower layer were analyzed.The results show that during the backfilling process of the first and second stages of the lower layer,the horizontal stress on the side walls of the two ore bodies is distributed in a camel hump shape in the direction of advancement.In the first stage,the vertical displacement of the two sides of the roadway shows symmetrical positive and negative values.During the third stage of the excavation process,the unmined ore body carries increasing overlying loads,and the risk factor gradually increases.Due to the impact of mining,the stability of the lower layer edge access is poor,especially for the mining of edge accesses without backfill roofs.The rock mass stability is poor and the risk factor is high,so it is necessary to strengthen support during backfilling.
