摘  要:微粉筛是一种采用直线激振方式的新型振动筛产品,具有激振力强、单位面积处理量大、筛分效率高、能耗低等特点。采用微粉筛作为高压辊磨产品的检查筛分设备,可解决常规筛分设备在细粒级物料干筛时处理量小、筛分效率低的问题。为提高某钼矿选矿厂碎矿系统的生产能力、降低单位能耗,基于“多碎少磨”原则,通过在原有破碎和磨矿作业之间增加高压辊磨+干式闭路筛分工序,形成三段两闭路破碎流程。新增筛分设备采用2台SSMS43100微粉筛。生产运行实践中,微粉筛的筛分效率在不同工况下基本维持在90%以上,碎磨系统单位矿石电耗较改造前降低34.26%。Micro powder screen is a new type of vibrating screen using a linear excitation method with characteristics of strong excitation force,large processing capacity per unit area,high screening efficiency,and low energy consumption.Micro powder screen used as checking screening equipment for high-pressure roller mill products can improve the processing capacity and screening efficiency compared to conventional screening equipment in dry screening for fine-grained materials.In order to improve the production capacity of the crushing system and reduce unit energy consumption,a high-pressure roller mill+dry screening closed circuit process is added after the original crushing and before grinding in a molybdenum ore beneficiation plant,forming a three-stage and two closed circuit crushing process.The newly added screening equipment adopts two SSMS43100 single-layer micro powder screens.Production practice has shown that the screening efficiency of micro powder screen can be maintained at over 90%under different operating conditions for three years,and the unit ore electricity consumption of crushing and grinding systems is reduced by 34.26%compared to the original process.
