数字经济对城市社会保障发展水平的影响分析

摘　　要：数字经济为社会经济发展注入了新的活力,社会保障关乎民生问题,而数字经济发展是社会保障发展的新契机。利用2011—2022年中国248个城市的面板数据,探究数字经济发展对城市社会保障发展水平的影响。通过建立双向固定效应模型及中介效应模型,深入分析两者之间的关系。研究显示:数字经济发展能够显著提升城市社会保障的发展水平;同时,异质性分析表明,数字经济发展在不同区域、不同时期及不同政策维度上,对城市社会保障水平的提升存在一定差异。进一步机制检验表明:数字经济发展能够通过提高教育水平、就业水平促进城市社会保障水平的提升。因此,建议大力发展数字经济,加强数字基础设施建设,促进城市社会保障发展水平的提升。The digital economy injects new vitality into social and economic development.Social security concerns people's livelihood,and the development of the digital economy thus is a new opportunity for the development of social security.Using the panel data of 248 cities in China from 2011 to 2022,we explore the impact of digital economy development on the level of urban social security development.The relationship between the two is analyzed in depth by establishing a bidirectional fixed effect model and a mediated effect model.The study shows that digital economic development can significantly improve the level of urban social security development;meanwhile,the heterogeneity analysis indicates that there are some differences in digital economic development on the level of urban social security in different regions,different periods and different policy dimensions.Further mechanism tests show that digital economic development can promote the level of urban social security through improving the level of education and employment.Therefore,it is suggested that the digital economy should be vigorously developed and the construction of digital infrastructure be strengthened so as to promote the development of urban social security.
