摘 要:将具有良好水分散性的氧化石墨烯(GO)与高导热填料氮化硼(BN)纳米片反应,生成GO负载BN(BN@GO)导热填料,采用胶乳共混法制备BN@GO/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,研究BN@GO的结构和复合材料的性能。结果表明:GO通过共价键紧紧包覆BN纳米片,改善了BN纳米片与橡胶基体之间的相容性,BN@GO更易在橡胶基体中形成导热网络结构;当导热填料质量分数为20%时,填充BN@GO的BN@GO/NR复合材料的导热性能优异,与填充BN纳米片的NR复合材料相比,BN@GO/NR复合材料的热导率、拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别提高了48.5%,55.0%和44.5%。Graphene oxide(GO)with good water dispersibility reacted with high thermal conductivity filler boron nitride(BN)nanosheets to generate GO loaded BN(BN@GO)thermally conductive filler,BN@GO/natural rubber(NR)composites were prepared by latex blending method,and the structure of BN@GO and properties of the composites were researched.The results showed that GO tightly coated BN nanosheets through covalent bonds,improving the compatibility between BN nanosheets and rubber matrix,and BN@GO was more likely to form a thermally conductive network structure in rubber matrix.When the mass fraction of thermally conductive filler was 20%,the thermal conductivity of BN@GO/NR composites was excellent.Compared to NR composites filled with BN nanosheets,the thermal conductivity,tensile strength and tear strength of BN@GO/NR composites increased by 48.5%,55.0%and 44.5%,respectively.
