摘 要:研究天然橡胶(NR)种类及NR/异戊橡胶(IR)并用比对减震橡胶材料性能的影响。结果表明:与NR烟胶片硫化胶相比,恒粘NR CV60硫化胶具有更优的物理性能,但动静刚度比略大;NR(CV60)/IR并用比为30/70时,NR/IR并用胶兼具优异的物理性能和耐热空气老化性能,压缩永久变形较小,动静刚度比略大,满足高性能减震橡胶材料的要求。Effects of natural rubber(NR)types and NR/isoprene rubber(IR)blending ratios on the properties of shock-absorbing rubber materials were studied.The results showed that compared with NR smoked sheet vulcanizate,constant viscosity CV60 vulcanizate had better physical properties,but the dynamic and static stiffness ratio was slightly larger.When the NR(CV60)/IR blending ratio was 30/70,NR/IR blends had excellent physical properties and hot air aging resistance,a smaller compression set,but slightly larger dynamic and static stiffness,which met the requirements of high-performance shock-absorbing rubber compounds.
