摘　　要：介绍铁路机车制动缸用主动润滑型Y形橡胶密封圈的研制。通过采用丙烯腈含量小的丁腈橡胶胶料以及在结构上增加两条环形储油(脂)槽,主动润滑型Y形橡胶密封圈因制动缸内壁润滑脂缺失或分布不均产生锈蚀而导致的制动失效问题得以解决,产品通过装机测试。The development of an active lubricated Y-shaped rubber sealing ring for the brake cylinders of railway locomotives was introduced.By using nitrile rubber(NBR)compound with low acrylonitrile content and adding two annular oil(grease)storage grooves in the structure,the problem of brake failure of the active lubricated Y-shaped rubber sealing ring caused by the lack or uneven distribution of lubricating grease on the inner wall of the brake cylinder had been solved,and the sealing ring product had passed installation testing.
