摘　　要：随着国内建筑行业竞争的日益激烈,建筑企业必须在工程造价的早期阶段不断寻求创新和管理突破,才能在市场上获得长期发展机会。因此,有必要对土木工程价格进行良好的管理和控制,使公司能够降低成本,增加资金周转,提高资金运营效率,提高公司的影响力和行业竞争力。在现代工程造价管理的全过程中,企业坚持成本管理原则,在实践中找出问题的根源,制定科学合理的解决方案,解决土木工程建设中的问题,为变电站土木工程项目的顺利完成奠定坚实基础。With the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic construction industry,construction enterprises must continuously seek innovation and management breakthroughs in the early stage of project cost,so as to obtain long-term development opportunities in the market.Therefore,it is necessary to perform good management and control of civil construction project prices,so that the company can reduce costs,increase capital turnover,improve capital operation efficiency,and improve the company’s influence and industry competitiveness.In the whole process of modern project cost management,the enterprise adheres to the principle of cost management,finds out the root cause of the problems in practice,formulates scientific and reasonable solutions,solves the problems in civil engineering construction,and lays a solid foundation for the successful completion of the substation civil construction project project.
