探究市政给排水管道工程的顶管施工工艺研究

摘　　要：顶管技术属于非开挖管道敷设施工技术,不需要对路面进行开挖,即可完成穿越地面建筑和地下管线等施工作业,实现对管线的敷设。对此,本文立足于市政排水管道工程,首先介绍顶管施工工艺定义以及特点,其次明确顶管施工方式、施工工艺要点以及施工注意事项,最后通过案例验证市政给排水工程顶管施工工艺的可靠性,利用顶管施工工艺提升市政给排水工程施工质量,也避免对周围环境造成较大影响。希望通过本文的阐述,给日后相关研究工作提供一定参考。Pipe jacking technology is a trenchless pipeline laying construction technology,which can complete construction operations such as crossing ground buildings and underground pipelines without excavating the pavement,and realize the laying of pipelines.In this regard,based on the municipal drainage pipeline project,this paper first introduces the definition and characteristics of pipe jacking construction technology,then clarifies the pipe jacking construction method,construction technology points and construction precautions,and finally verifies the reliability of pipe jacking construction technology in municipal water supply and drainage project through cases.The pipe jacking construction technology is used to improve the construction quality of municipal water supply and drainage projects,and also avoids great impact on surrounding environment.The elaboration of this paper will provide certain reference for future related research work.
