摘 要:砌体结构作为一种传统的建筑结构形式,广泛应用于各类建筑中。然而,由于材料的老化、施工质量的差异以及地震等自然灾害的影响,该结构面临承载能力下降、抗震性能不足等问题。传统的加固方法存在一定的局限性,而高延性混凝土作为一种新型材料,在砌体结构加固中具有显著的应用前景。因此,本文从高延性混凝土的加固原理及优势出发,阐明其材料特性与加固设计施工方法,从性能提升效果、耐久性与维护性、效益分析三个方面分析其应用优势,最后通过案例分析与实践展示其应用效果。As a traditional building structure form,masonry structure is widely used in various types of buildings.However,due to the aging of materials,the differences in construction quality,and the impact of natural disasters such as earthquakes,this structure faces problems such as reduced bearing capacity and insufficient seismic performance.Traditional reinforcement methods have certain limitations,but high-ductility concrete,as a new material,has a significant application prospect in the masonry structure reinforcement.Therefore,this paper first introduces the reinforcement principle and advantages of high-ductility concrete,clarifies its material characteristics and reinforcement design and construction methods,analyzes its application advantages from three aspects:performance improvement effect,durability and maintenance,and benefit analysis,and finally demonstrates its application effect through case analysis and practice.
