中医临床大数据的数据安全分类分级管控体系建设探索与实践

摘　　要：随着医疗健康数据价值的迅猛增长,医疗数据的安全风险不断增多,因此,数据安全防控对于医院而言是必须且首要的工作之一。本文提出了一种基于中医临床数据中心的数据分类分级建设方案,能更好地梳理中医临床数据中心的数据结果,并针对数据的收集、存储、使用、加工、传输、公开等各个环节,进行数据安全风险的监测、评估和防护,为提高医疗行业的数据安全防护能力提供思路。With the rapidly increasing value of medical health data,the security risks of medical data are increasing,so data security prevention and control is one of the necessary and primary tasks for hospitals.This paper proposes a data classification and grading construction scheme based on traditional Chinese medicine clinical data center,which can better sort out the data results of traditional Chinese medicine clinical data center,and monitor,evaluate and prevent data security risks in all aspects of data collection,storage,use,processing,transmission and disclosure,so as to provide ideas for improving the data security protection capability of the medical industry.
