摘　　要：目的:研讨合同能源管理模式在医院节能管理的影响方法对医院现有建筑进行空调、热水、照明三大部分的节能改造,委托第三方能源管理公司协助医院用能管理。结果:采用合同能源管理模式后,医院能耗显著降低,医院与能源托管方分成比例逐年递增,获得了客观的经济效益和较大的社会效益。结论:合同能源管理模式弥补了医院能源管理部门专业性不足,为医院后勤管理精细化提供了支持,可以认为合同能源管理模式具有一定的推广价值。Objective:To study the impact of contract energy management mode in hospital energy conservation management.Methods:The energy conservation renovation is performed in the existing hospital buildings in terms of air conditioning,hot water and lighting,and a third-party energy management company is entrusted to assist in the energy consumption management of the hospital.Results:After adopting the contract energy management mode,the energy consumption of the hospital is significantly reduced,and the proportion of the hospital and the energy entrusting party increases year by year,thus obtaining the objective economic benefits and great social benefits.Conclusion:The contract energy management mode makes up for the insufficient professionalism of the hospital energy management department and provides support for the refinement of hospital logistics management.The contract energy management mode is considered to have certain promotion value.
