摘 要:为了深入了解大洋性鱿鱼在西北太平洋食物网中的作用,根据2021年和2022年上海海洋大学“淞航”号开展农业农村部公海渔业资源综合科学调查专项时采集的样品,利用碳氮稳定同位素技术对西北太平洋柔鱼和日本爪乌贼两种头足类肌肉稳定同位素以及营养生态位进行研究。结果表明:柔鱼各站点间的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值都存在显著性差异;日本爪乌贼2个站点间的δ^(13)C值存在显著性差异、δ^(15)N值差异性不显著。柔鱼和日本爪乌贼间的肌肉δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值存在显著差异。个体发育过程中,柔鱼、日本爪乌贼的δ^(13)C、δ^(15)N值与胴长相关性不显著。柔鱼营养生态位宽度(SEAc=0.35‰^(2))大于日本爪乌贼生态位宽度(SEAc=0.20‰^(2)),两者之间的重叠率中等(0.314)。柔鱼和日本爪乌贼种内雌雄间生态位重叠率高,分别为0.988和0.760。分析认为,柔鱼和日本爪乌贼的δ^(13)C值受海表温及摄食作用的影响;柔鱼和日本爪乌贼的δ^(15)N值受摄食作用的影响;两种头足类雌性和雄性群体对食物和栖息地资源的利用高度相似。In order to have a deep understanding of the role of ocean squid in Northwest Pacific Ocean food web,samples were collected during the comprehensive scientific survey launched by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2021 and 2022.Carbon and nitrogen stable isotope technology was used to analyze the muscle stable isotopes and nutritional niches of two cephalopod species,Ommastrephes bartramii and Onychoteuthis borealijaponicus,in Northwest Pacific Ocean.The results show that O.bartramii δ~(13)C andδ~(15)N values between sites were significantly different.O.borealijaponicus δ~(13)C values between the two sites showed significant differences,while the δ~(15)N values were not significant.Muscle δ~(13)C and δ~(15)N values between O.bartramii and O.borealijaponicus showed significant differences.During ontogeny,the δ~(13)C andδ~(15)N values of O.bartramii and O.borealijaponicus were not significantly associated with carcass length.The nutrient niche width of O.bartramii (SEAc=0.35‰2) is greater than that of O.borealijaponicus (SEAc=0.20‰2),with a moderate overlap between the two squids (0.314).The high niche overlap between males and females is 0.988 and 0.76,respectively.The analysis shows that the δ~(13)C values of O.bartramii and O.borealijaponicus are influenced by SST and feeding effects,while the δ~(15)N values are influenced by feeding effects.The utilization of food and habitat resources was highly similar in both female and male cephalopod groups.
