道德楷模在高校思想政治教育中的运用

摘　　要：道德楷模是社会道德建设的重要旗帜,也是高校思想政治教育行之有效的重要载体。道德楷模的先进事迹、高尚品格、崇高精神和人格魅力具有重要的思想政治教育价值。高校运用道德楷模加强大学生思想政治教育是应对多元文化对大学生价值观冲击的有效之举,是大学生自身道德意识觉醒的内在要求,是高校思想政治教育生活化的现实之需。高校运用道德楷模开展思想政治教育要遵循知情意行的逻辑规律,围绕课堂教学、校园文化、网络阵地和社会实践维度重点展开,引导大学生将道德楷模所蕴含的先进价值观念和道德标准内化于心、外化于行,进而提升大学生思想道德素质,最终实现高校立德树人的价值归旨。Moral model is an important banner of social moral construction and an effective carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The advanced deeds,noble character,lofty spirit and personality charm of moral models have important ideological and political education value.The use of moral models to strengthen ideological and political education for college students is an effective way to cope with the impact of multi-culture on the values of college students,it is the internal requirement of the awakening of moral consciousness of college students,and it is the realistic need of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The application of moral models in ideological and political education in colleges and universities should follow the logical law of understanding and behavior,focus on classroom teaching,campus culture,network position and social practice,and guide college students to internalize the advanced values and moral standards contained in moral models in their minds and externalize them in their actions,so as to improve their ideological and moral quality.Finally realize the value of moral education in colleges and universities.
