装配整体式剪力墙结构体系对工程造价的影响分析研究

摘　　要：近年来,各地对装配率的要求进一步提高,不同类型的装配式剪力墙结构体系不断出现。装配式结构体系在很大程度上对工程造价产生影响,因此,分析不同的结构体系对装配式建筑造价的影响程度,显得十分重要。基于实际工程案例,分析半灌浆套筒连接的装配式混凝土剪力墙体系,以及装配整体式混凝土叠合剪力墙体系对工程造价的具体影响,为以后装配式建筑选用不同的结构体系积累经验。In recent years,the requirements for assembly rate have further increased in various regions,and different types of prefabricated shear wall structural systems have emerged continuously.Prefabricated structural systems have a significant impact on engineering costs,therefore,analyzing the impact of different structural systems on the cost of prefabricated buildings is crucial.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper analyzes the specific impact of prefabricated assembly systems connected by grouting sleeves and assembled integral concrete composite shear wall systems on engineering costs,and accumulates experience for selecting different structural systems for future prefabricated buildings.
