摘 要:针对霍州煤电8101综掘工作面出风口粉尘浓度高的问题,采用流体力学分析方法对粉尘场进行理论分析,并对其迁移分布规律进行了数值模拟计算。通过对综掘工作面出风口距端头5~10m的粉尘规律模拟,对司机处沿程粉尘浓度分布进行分析,建立出风口参数变化时粉尘浓度分布预测模型,在预测模型的基础上对出风口参数进行调控,使关键处的粉尘浓度得到降低,并评估降尘效果。结果表明,司机呼吸带高度的粉尘浓度降低了42.1%,隐患关键处粉尘浓度降低了26.7%,降尘效果优良。Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in Huozhou Coal Power in the air outlet of 8101 fully mechanized excavation face,the dust field was analyzed theoretically by using fluid mechanics analysis method,and its migration distribution was simulated numerically.By simulating the dust law of the air outlet 5~10 m from the end of the fully mechanized excavation face,the dust concentration distribution along the road of the driver was analyzed,the dust concentration distribution prediction model was established when the air outlet parameters changed.On the basis of the prediction model,the parameters of the air outlet were regulated to reduce the dust concentration at the key point,and the dust removal effect was evaluated.The results show that the dust concentration at the height of the driver's breathing belt is reduced by 42.1%,and the dust concentration at the key point of the hidden danger is reduced by 26.7%.
