摘 要:为了研究不同因素对煤矿可移动式救生舱防护密闭门气密性的影响,通过数值模拟方法建立防护密闭门精确三维模型,在煤矿井下巷道爆炸流场载荷作用下,分别计算了采用不同数量的闭锁机构、不同性质密封条、不同强度的门框条件下防护密闭门闭锁机构与门框相对跳动位移大小,对比分析了有关因素对防护密闭门气密性影响,给出了闭锁机构、密封条、门框等影响因素对气密性跳动位移的基本规律,为救生舱防护密闭门的设计与优化提供了技术参考。To investigate the impact of various factors on the airtightness of protective sealed doors in coal mine movable refuge chambers,an accurate three dimensional model of the protective sealed door was established using numerical simulation methods.Under the load of explosion flow field in underground mine tunnels,the relative jumping displacement between the locking mechanism and the door frame was calculated under different conditions,including varying numbers of locking mechanisms,different properties of sealing strips,and different strengths of door frames.Comparative analysis was conducted on how these factors affect the airtightness of the protective sealed doors.The study provides basic patterns regarding the influence of locking mechanisms,sealing strips,and door frames on the jumping displacement related to airtightness.This research offers technical references for the design and optimization of protective sealed doors in refuge chambers.
