摘 要:针对某型天然气发动机的气门导管在短里程使用中出现的磨损问题进行了分析,发现其与环境温度的关联性较强,初步判断是导管材料无法适应高温环境。对气门导管的制造材料进行了改进,提高其在高温下的硬度以增强耐磨性,同时提升材料的导热性能以加强散热,从而解决了磨损问题。此外,为了评估气门导管的磨损情况,提出了一种新型的试验方法,该方法能够快速评估气门导管在发动机实际运行中的高温耐磨性能。这不仅确保了改进措施的有效性,而且缩短了验证周期,降低了试验成本。This study analyzed the wear issues of the valve guide in a type of natural gas engine during short-distance use,finding a strong correlation with temperature.Preliminary judgment suggests that the guide material may not meet the requirements of high-temperature environments.The material of the valve guide was improved to enhance its hardness at high temperatures for better wear resistance,and its thermal conductivity was increased to strengthen heat dissipation,effectively reducing the operating temperature of the valve guide and solving the wear problem.In addition,to assess the wear condition of the valve guide,a new test method was proposed that can quickly evaluate the high-temperature wear resistance of the valve guide during actual engine operation.This not only ensures the effectiveness of the improvement measures but also shortens the verification cycle and reduces the test cost.
