摘　　要：运用了莱卡偏光显微镜、体式显微镜和理学X射线衍射仪等分析手段,查明了矿物赋存状态和矿石特征,对石英砂原矿综合矿样、筛分后各粒级试样以及实验后的产品开展综合研究,获得石英砂产品达到玻璃工业用石英砂矿要求的分离指标,为广西北海石英砂矿开发利用可行性研究工作提供选矿工艺流程、技术参数,并寻求合理、可行的玻璃工业用石英砂产品质量指标和经济指标。This paper aims to provide ore beneficiation process and technical parameters for the feasibility study of development and utilization of Beihai quartz sand deposit.It also explores for the rational and feasible quality and economic indicator of quartz sand product in the glass industry.It has employed analytical techniques including Leica polarizing microscopy,petrographic microscopy,and X-ray powder diffraction to elucidate mineral occurrence and ore properity.Through the comprehensive study of the original ore samples of quartz sand,screening samples of various particle sizes,and experimental products,the research has obtained the separation indicators of quartz sand products that meet the requirements for the glass industry.
