益气扶阳法治疗多重耐药菌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气扶阳法治疗多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染的临床研究。方法:将80例南平市人民医院及南平市第一医院收治的符合纳入标准的患者随机分为西药常规治疗的对照组和西药常规加中医药干预的观察组两组,观察组加用益气扶阳法治疗。两组治疗前完善血常规、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、生化指标、凝血功能、血培养、降钙素原(PCT)、心电图、CT等检查。治疗1周、2周后观察疗效指标:中医证候积分,全身性感染相关器官功能衰竭评分(SOFA评分)、CPR、PCT水平及耐药菌清除率、不良反应等,将前后数据进行统计分析,评价益气扶阳法治疗多重耐药菌的临床有效性及安全性。结果:治疗组在SOFA评分、CRP、PCT、细菌清除率等方面取得较单纯西医治疗组更好的疗效,且随着治疗疗程的推移,治疗效果更佳。结论:采用益气扶阳法联合常规西药治疗在改善MDRO感染临床症状、改善细菌清除率等方面效果明显,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical study of supplementing Qi and supporting Yang in the treatment of multi-drug resistant organisms(MDRO)infection.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria admitted to Nanping People′s Hospital and Nanping First Hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group with conventional western medicine treatment and observation group with conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention.The observation group was added with supplementing Qi and supporting Yang.Before treatment,blood routine,C-reactive protein(CRP),biochemical indexes,coagulation function,blood culture,procalcitonin(PCT),electrocardiogram,CT and other examinations were completed in both groups.After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy indexes were observed:TCM syndrome score,SOFA score,CPR,PCT level,clearance rate of drug-resistant bacteria,adverse reactions,etc.Statistical analysis was conducted before and after the data to evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of Yiqi Fuyang therapy in the treatment of multi-drug-resistant bacteria.The data before and after treatment were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of supplementing Qi and supporting Yang in the treatment of MDRO.Results:The treatment group achieved better efficacy in SOFA score,CRP,PCT,bacterial clearance rate than the simple western medicine treatment group,and with the passage of treatment course,the treatment effect was better.Conclusion:The effect of supplementing Qi and supporting Yang combined with conventional western medicine is obvious in improving the clinical symptoms and bacterial clearance of MDRO infection,which is worth popularizing.
