益气补血汤联合电刺激疗法对盆底功能障碍康复改善情况及安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究益气补血汤联合电刺激疗法对盆底功能障碍患者康复时长、盆底肌改善情况及安全性的影响。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院2021年8月—2022年8月收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者60例作为研究对象,将患者依照随机数字表法均分为两组,对照组30例实施电刺激疗法治疗,观察组30例实施益气补血汤联合电刺激疗法治疗。比较两组干预后的疗效、盆底肌力、康复时长、不良反应,以及两组干预前后的性功能、生活质量评分。结果:与对照组治疗总有效率(73.33%)比较,观察组(93.33)%明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组康复时长(57.26±6.68)d比较,观察组康复时长(48.95±6.84)d,明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.761,P=0.000)。观察组盆底肌力分级在III级及以上占比(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020)。两组干预前的性功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组性功能评分均明显提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组干预前生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.587,P=0.559),干预后两组生活质量评分均明显降低(t=6.773、P=0.000,t=2.382,P=0.021),且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.778,P=0.000)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.517,P=0.472)。结论:益气补血汤联合电刺激疗法能够缩短盆底功能障碍患者的康复时长,改善盆底肌力和性功能,进一步提升患者生活质量,且不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Buxue Decoction combined with electric stimulation therapy on the recovery time,improvement of pelvic floor muscle and safety of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:60 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Third People′s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method.Patients in the control group(30 cases)received electrical stimulation therapy,and patients in the observation group(30 cases)received Yiqi Buxue Decoction combined with electrical stimulation therapy.The efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength,recovery time,adverse reactions after intervention,and sexual function and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(73.33%),the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the rehabilitation time of the control group(57.26±6.68)d,the rehabilitation time of the observation group(48.95±6.84)d was significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.761,P=0.000).The proportion of pelvic floor muscle strength grade III and above in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020).There was no statistically significant difference in sexual function scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the sexual function scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and scores in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no statistic significance in the quality of life scores between the two groups
