摘  要:以酸式结构为主的槐糖脂(HA)、内酯式结构为主的槐糖脂(HL)和鼠李糖脂为研究对象,对比三者在不同物理化学条件下的泡沫性能,并考察其与氨基酸表面活性剂椰油酰氨基丙酸钠(ACS)的协同发泡作用。槐糖脂单独使用时初始泡沫高度较低,其中HA略优于HL,受pH和水硬度影响不显著。复配ACS时,槐糖脂可提高泡沫高度的稳定性,增加每平方毫米的气泡个数,使泡沫更加绵密,其中HL的改善效果更为突出。鼠李糖脂的初始泡沫高度高于槐糖脂;pH和水硬度对其影响不显著。鼠李糖脂在复配ACS时也可提高泡沫高度的稳定性。槐糖脂和鼠李糖脂均可根据实际需求应用于清洁类产品中,起到改善产品泡沫性能的作用。Foam properties of sophorolipid mainly in acidic form(HA),sophorolipid mainly in lactonic form(HL),and rhamnolipid under different physicochemical conditions,and their synergistic effect with amino acid surfactant,sodium cocoyl alaninate(ACS)on foam properties were investigated,respectively.Sophorolipids showed low-foaming properties,among which HA had a higher foam ability than HL.Foam ability of sophorolipids was almost not influenced by pH or water hardness.Sophorolipids,especially HL,improved foam stability and increased bubble count per mm2 of ACS,generating better foam.Foam ability of rhamnolipid was higher than that of sophorolipids,pH and water hardness had little influence on it.Rhamnolipid improved foam stability of ACS.Sophorolipids and rhamnolipids can be utilized for the design of cleaning products in order to optimize the foam performance according to practical needs.
