摘  要:以淡竹叶、柳兰、红葡萄和胀果甘草这4种植物提取物为研究对象,通过体外皮脂腺细胞模型和在体测试对其进行功效研究。通过CCK-8法检测各植物提取物对皮脂腺细胞活性的影响,用尼罗红染色法检测提取物对皮脂腺细胞中脂质含量的影响。再将4种植物提取物进行复配,研究植萃组合物对皮脂腺细胞皮脂分泌的抑制效果,并与异维A酸进行功效比较。最终经人体测试证实了该组合物具有控油功效,可应用于控油化妆品的开发。The 4 plant extracts,Lophatherum gracile Brongn,Epilobium angustifolium L,Vitis vinifera L and Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat,were studied for their oil-control efficacy through in-vitro test on sebaceous gland cells and also in-vivo oil-control efficacy evaluation.The toxicity of the plant extracts on sebaceous gland cells were detected by CCK-8 assay,and the effects of those extracts on lipid content in sebaceous gland cells were detected by the Nile red staining.Meanwhile,the 4 plant extracts were compounded to study the effects of phyto essence on lipid synthesis of sebaceous gland cells,and the efficacy was compared with isotretinoin,a commonly used drug for sebum secretion abnormalities.The changes of neutral lipids in the sebaceous gland cells and the results of oil red staining showed that the phyto essence combination has the potential to inhibit sebum secretion.
