摘　　要：晋察冀抗日根据地是抗战敌我双方交锋的“前沿阵地”,具有重要战略地位,根据地遭日寇反复扫荡,自然灾害频发、人民生活艰难,在此背景下植树造林成为根据地保证生存条件,坚持抗战的重要手段。但是由于灌溉困难、劳动力缺失、种植技术欠缺等因素,植树造林运动困难重重。中国共产党领导的边区政府展现其出色的组织领导能力,通过兴修水利、动员群众和改良种植技术的方法,在战争中艰难地推进生态环境修复,为抗日根据地的生存和发展提供基础,也为今天继续推进生态环境保护修复提供参考。The Shanxi Chahar Hebei resistance base was the"font line"of the war between the enemy and us,and had an important strategic position.The resistance base was repeatedly swept by the Japanese invaders,natural disasters were frequent,and people's lives were difficult,planting trees became an important means to ensure the suvival conditions of the resistance base and to persist in the war against the Japanese.However,due to the dificultieisi in imigation,lack of labor and planting techmiques,the reforestation campaign was dfcult Against this background,the Border Region Govenment led by the Commumist Party of China(CPC)has demonstrated its outstanding organizational and leadership ability.and through the constnuction of water conservancy,mobilization of the masses and improved cultivation techniques,which provided the basis for the survival and development of the resistance bases,and also provides a reference for contiming to push forward the ecological environment protection and restoration today.
