摘　　要：速度素质作为人体运动素质的关键构件,其在实践层面与理论层面的重要性得到广泛认可。然而,目前各类研究对速度素质内涵的定义与外延的划分尚不统一。为此,对国内外围绕速度素质概念进行的相关研究进行梳理,采用形式逻辑学等理论对概念的定义与划分进行分类辨析,并指出其主要谬误。在此基础上,借助现有知识体系对速度素质的定义与划分进行完善。研究认为,①定义方面,速度素质是指人体在单位时间内运动的能力;②划分方面,在第一层次上,根据生理学基础的不同,可将速度素质划分为反应速度素质与动作速度素质。在第二层次上,根据反应信号类型的不同,可将反应速度素质划分为简单反应速度素质与复杂反应速度素质;以人体运动状态为标准,可将动作速度素质划分为匀速素质与变速素质。在第三层次上,以人体运动时加速度的方向为标准,可将变速素质划分为加速素质与减速素质。The importance of speed as a critical component of physical quality is widely recognised at both practical and theoretical levels.However,the definitions and extensions of speed quality still need to be uniformly defined in various studies..Based on this,the research on the concept of speed quality conducted at domestic and international level is reviewed,and formal logic and other theories are used to classify and analyse the definition and division of the concept,and to point out its main fallacies.On this basis,the definition and division of speed quality is refined with the help of the existing body of knowledge.The study concluded that①in terms of definition,speed quality refers to the human's ability to exercise within a unit of time;②in terms of division,on the first level,speed quality can be divided into reaction speed quality and action speed quality according to the different physiological bases.On the second level,reaction speed qualities can be divided into simple and complex reaction speed qualities according to the type of response signal;action speed qualities can be divided into uniform and variable speed qualities according to the state of human movement.On the third level,according to the direction of acceleration of human movement as the standard,the variable speed quality can be divided into acceleration quality and deceleration quality.
