摘　　要：本文总结基于“扶阳”理论应用砭石熨摩中药透入法联合八段锦治疗1例胃痞病患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上,通过对该患者进行症状、心理、睡眠等评估,在“扶阳”理论指导下,实施砭石熨摩中药透入法联合八段锦中医护理技术,旨在缓解患者上腹胀满症状,改善健康状况。This article summarizes nursing practice of 1 patient with stuffiness of stomach treated with Bian-stone ironing and rubbing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine penetra-tion and Baduanjin exercise based on the theory of supporting-yang.On the basis of routine nurs-ing,through the assessment of symptoms,psychological status and sleep quality of the patient,under the guidance of the"Fuyang"theory,the Bian-stone ironing and rubbing combined with Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine penetration and Baduanjin exercise were carried out to relieve the stuffi-ness of stomach symptoms and improve the health status of the patient.
