摘　　要：本文总结1例1型糖尿病性胃轻瘫合并乙型病毒性肝炎患者的中西医结合护理经验。基于护理评估和中医辨证,在心理护理、用药护理、饮食指导等常规护理基础上,采用中频电脉冲疗法进行穴位按摩,有效改善患者恶心呕吐的症状,减轻痛苦,促进患者康复。This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a type 1 diabetic patient with diabetic gastroparesis and chronic hepatitis B Virus infection.Based on the comprehensive nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation,acupoint massage by using the medium-frequency electrical pulse stimulation and comprehensive nursing interventions such as psychological nursing,medication care and dietary guidance were carried out to relieve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,reduce the pain and improve the recovery of the patient.
