摘 要:为探究TBM在掘进过程中遇破碎围岩时应采取何种应对措施,现以某矿井为工程背景,通过理论分析以及实际应用的研究手段,确定了该矿井的破碎围岩处理方法。研究结果表明:TBM在前进过程中主要是通过撑靴和围岩相互作用,当达到平衡状态时即可保证TBM的正常前进;在遇到破碎围岩时,无论是围岩表面还是围岩自身的稳定性均不能满足前进要求;采用层次分析法对6种破碎围岩的处理方法在安全、效果、经济、效率四方面进行了权重分析,确定了地锚法所占总权重最大,应是处理破碎围岩的首选方法;结合矿井的实际情况,分析了采用地锚法、浇砼法、传力棚法3种处理方法的掘进效率以及消耗费用,地锚法均以明显的优势领先。研究成果可对矿井采用TBM掘进中处理破碎围岩方法提供参考,有利于推动TBM在煤矿中的应用。In order to explore what measures should be taken to control the broken surrounding rock when TBM encounters broken surrounding rock during tunneling,taking a mine as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis and practical application research methods,the equilibrium differential equation between the support shoe and the surrounding rock force during TBM tunneling is established,and the treatment method of broken surrounding rock in the mine is determined.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight analysis of the six treatment methods of broken surrounding rock is carried out in four aspects:safety,effect,economy and efficiency.It is determined that the ground anchor method has the largest total weight and should be the preferred method for dealing with broken surrounding rock.Combined with the actual situation of the mine,the tunneling efficiency and consumption cost of the three treatment methods of ground anchor method,concrete pouring method and force transmission shed method are analyzed.The ground anchor method is in the lead with obvious advantages.The research results can lay a foundation for the selection of the method of dealing with broken surrounding rock in the actual excavation process of the mine,which is of great significance to the excavation efficiency of TBM,and is conducive to the sustainable development of coal mine roadway excavation.
