摘 要:以曹家滩煤矿122110工作面回采巷道为工程背景,采用理论分析、现场实测的方法对巷道底鼓机理及稳定控制进行研究。研究表明:“切槽卸压+补偿锚索”的加强支护方案使得平均两帮移近量增加了3.61 mm,最大两帮移近量增加了5 mm,最大底鼓量减小了743 mm,平均底鼓量减小了578.94 mm,实现了巷道整体稳定。优化的支护方案在曹家滩煤矿的应用取得了良好的效果,从而为高应力区松软底板巷道支护提供了借鉴。Taking the 122110 working face mining roadway of Caojiatan coal mine as the engineering background,the mechanism and stability control of the roadway floor heave were analyzed by theoretical analysis and on-site measurement.The analysis shows that the reinforced support scheme of"grooving pressure relief+compensation anchor cable"increases the average two-sides moving in by 3.61 mm,the maximum two-sides approaching amount by 5 mm,the maximum floor heave volume by 743 mm,and the average floor heave volume by 578.94 mm,realizing the overall stability of the roadway.The optimized support scheme has achieved good results in the application of Caojiatan coal mine,which provides a reference for the support of soft floor roadway in high stress area.
