摘 要:针对倾斜地层孤岛工作面支护难题,以庞庞塔煤矿输送机大巷为工程背景,采用数值模拟方法研究倾斜地层孤岛工作面的应力分布情况,发现垂直应力和水平应力呈双峰分布。巷道在孤岛工作面、巷道形状等因素的影响下围岩呈非均匀变形。对C形管抵抗的剪切荷载进行计算后,针对原支护方案中的不足,提出了管索组合结构的支护补强方案。研究结果表明,采用管索组合结构支护技术后,巷道变形得到了有效控制。In response to the difficulty of supporting inclined formation isolated island working faces,take the conveyor roadway of Pangpangta coal mine as the engineering background,and use numerical simulation methods to study the stress distribution of inclined formation isolated island working faces.It is found that the vertical and horizontal stresses exhibit a bimodal distribution.The surrounding rock of the roadway exhibits non-uniform deformation under the influence of factors such as isolated working face and roadway shape.After calculating the shear load resistance of the C-shaped pipe,a support reinforcement plan for the pipe cable composite structure was proposed to address the shortcomings of the original support plan.The research results indicate that the deformation of the roadway has been effectively controlled after the use of pipe and cable combination structure support technology.
