摘 要:为解决超千米深埋沿空巷道围岩失稳难题,以平煤股份十一矿具体工程为背景,通过表面位移监测、钻孔窥视、围岩钻孔取芯及拉压剪常规力学试验,分析了典型超千米深埋沿空巷道的围岩损伤破坏规律,提出了以高性能中空钢绞线锚索为基础的厚层预应力全长锚固理论与技术,并通过现场试验对维控效果进行了验证。结果表明:该类巷道围岩属于高应力—节理化复合型软岩,长期维控具有较大挑战。采用厚层预应力全长锚固技术后,巷道顶板及两帮的变形量相比原支护方案降低58.64%、61.65%,巷道掘巷稳定期明显减短,围岩完整性、稳定性及巷道稳定性显著加强,能够满足巷道长期维控的要求。To solve the problem of instability of surrounding rock in the ultra-kilometer deep gob-side entry,based on the specific project of No.11 coal mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.,the damage and failure law of surrounding rock in the typical ultra-kilometer deep buried roadway along goaf was analyzed by surface displacement monitoring,borehole peeping,borehole coring and conventional mechanical tests of tension,compression and shear.The theory and technology of full-length anchorage of thick pre-stress based on high-performance hollow steel strand anchor cable were put forward,and the effect of maintenance and control was verified by field test.The results show that the surrounding rock of this kind of roadway belongs to typical high-stress-jointed composite soft rock,and long-term maintenance and control have great challenges.After adopting the thick-layer prestressed full-length anchoring technology,the deformation of the roadway roof and two sides is reduced by 58.64%and 61.65%compared with the original support scheme.The stable period of roadway excavation is obviously shortened,and the integrity stability of surrounding rock and roadway stability is significantly strengthened,which can meet the requirements of long-term maintenance and control of roadways.
