摘 要:随着煤矿生产规模的扩大和机械化程度的提高,煤矿井下煤壁片帮稳定性问题日益突出。为了提高煤矿井下煤壁片帮稳定性监测的准确性和可靠性,提出了一种基于微震技术的煤壁片帮智能监测预警装置。该装置采用微震传感器采集煤壁片帮的微震信号,利用信号处理技术分析煤壁片帮的稳定性,并通过无线通信技术将监测数据传输到地面监控中心。通过对监测数据的实时分析和预警处理,可以及时发现煤壁片帮的稳定性问题,为煤矿生产提供安全保障。With the expansion of coal mine production scale and the improvement of mechanization,the stability of coal wall spalling in underground coal mines is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of monitoring the stability of coal wall spalling in coal mines,proposes an intelligent monitoring and warning device for coal wall spalling based on microseismic technology.The device uses microseismic sensors to collect microseismic signals from coal wall panels,analyzes the stability of coal wall panels using signal processing technology,and transmits monitoring data to the ground monitoring center through wireless communication technology.Through real-time analysis and early warning processing of monitoring data,stability issues of coal wall spalling can be identified in a timely manner,providing safety assurance for coal mine production.
