摘  要:高抽巷预抽采工作面对煤矿生产的稳定性和经济效益至关重要。然而,由于其存在爆炸危险性,研究工作面的爆炸危险性具有重要意义。瓦斯爆炸需要满足3个条件:瓦斯爆炸界限、引火温度和氧气浓度。为了研究工作面的爆炸危险性,对余吾煤业采用了高抽巷抽采的工作面进行了气体监测实验,并测量了瓦斯回采期间工作面和高抽巷的瓦斯涌出规律。实验结果显示,余吾煤业工作面氧气浓度和瓦斯浓度均符合爆炸条件。通过探究工作面瓦斯涌出规律,发现可以通过调整工作面推进度来改变高抽巷的瓦斯浓度。因此,高抽巷预抽采的工作面在氧气和瓦斯方面均能满足爆炸要求,并可通过调整推进度来降低瓦斯浓度,减少瓦斯爆炸的可能性,为煤矿生产安全提供了参考。High-extraction pre-extraction is crucial for the stability and economic efficiency of coal mine production.However,due to its explosion hazard,it is important to study the explosion hazard of the working face.A gas explosion requires three conditions:the gas explosion limit,the ignition temperature,and the oxygen concentration.In order to study the explosion risk of the working face,the gas monitoring experiment was carried out on the two working faces of Yuwu coal industry using high-extraction alley,and the gas outflow law of the working face and high-pumping alley in the gas recovery room was measured.The experimental results showed that the oxygen concentration and gas concentration in the working face of Yuwu coal industry met the explosion conditions.By exploring the law of gas gushing from the working face,it is found that the gas concentration in the high-pumping alley can be changed by adjusting the propulsion degree of the working face.Therefore,the working surface of high-pumping alley pre-extraction can meet the explosion requirements in terms of oxygen and gas,and can reduce the gas concentration and reduce the possibility of gas explosion by adjusting the propulsion degree,which provides a reference for the safety of coal mine production.
