摘 要:针对原煤层负压抽采瓦斯引起的钻孔周围煤自燃问题,以某矿215工作面为研究背景,基于Comsol数值模拟构建了瓦斯抽采裂隙漏风多场耦合模型,开展了不同抽采条件下钻孔周边煤体的CO浓度场分布规律研究。结果表明:随着抽采负压的增加,钻孔周边煤体的渗流速度增大,易发生煤氧化反应,导致钻孔周边和巷道煤壁CO浓度逐渐增加。随着封孔深度的增加,巷道煤壁与封孔段之间的距离增大,钻孔周边煤体CO体积分数逐渐减小。为抑制钻孔周边煤体自燃,可通过降低抽采负压、加深封孔深度或采用间接式抽采等措施。研究成果对高瓦斯矿井瓦斯和煤火灾害协同防控工作具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the problem of coal spontaneous combustion around the borehole caused by negative pressure gas extraction in the original coal seam,taking the 215 working face of a certain mine as the research background,a multi field coupling model of gas extraction crack air leakage was constructed based on Comsol numerical simulation.The distribution law of CO concentration field in the coal body around the borehole under different extraction conditions was studied.The results indicate that as the negative pressure of extraction increases,the seepage velocity of the coal body around the borehole increases,and coal oxidation reactions are prone to occur,leading to a gradual increase in CO concentration around the borehole and the coal wall of the tunnel.As the depth of sealing increases,the distance between the coal wall of the tunnel and the sealing section increases,and the CO volume fraction of the coal body around the borehole gradually decreases.To suppress the spontaneous combustion of coal around the borehole,measures such as reducing the negative pressure of extraction,deepening the sealing depth of the borehole,or adopting indirect extraction can be taken.The research results have certain guiding significance for the collaborative prevention and control of gas and coal fire disasters in high gas mines.
