摘 要:针对选矿厂所使用的跳汰机大多受到床层厚度限制以及操作人员无法通过肉眼观测跳汰床层情况等问题,设计了一种高精度跳汰床层在线检测系统。系统主控制器为STM32F103C8T6,外围电路连接步进电机与多种传感器。STM32通过控制步进电机的螺杆转动圈数和螺距来确定仪器行程距离以及通过多种传感器对数据进行采集从而最终得出床层的厚度,最终检测数据通过液晶显示器(OLED)实时显示。实验结果表明,在65 mm的测量范围内,压实层厚度误差小于0.5 mm,在70 mm的测量范围内,分散层厚度误差小于0.4 mm。该设计有效提高跳汰机床层厚度的稳定性,从而实现跳汰分选指标的精准控制。In order to solve the problems that most of the jigging machines used in the concentrator are limited by the thickness of the bed and the operator cannot observe the jigging bed by the naked eye,a high-precision online detection system of the jigging bed was designed.The main controller of the system is STM32F103C8T6,and the peripheral circuits connect the stepper motor and a variety of sensors.The STM32 determines the distance traveled by controlling the number of rotations and pitches of the screw of the stepper motor,and collects the data from a variety of sensors to determine the thickness of the bed,which is displayed in real time on a liquid crystal display(OLED).The experimental results show that the thickness error of the compacted layer is less than 0.5 mm in the measurement range of 65 mm,and the thickness error of the dispersed layer is less than 0.4 mm in the measurement range of 70 mm.The design effectively improves the stability of the layer thickness and dispersion of the jigging machine,so as to realize the precise control of the jigging sorting index.
