摘 要:为解决选煤厂传统脱介筛喷头透筛难、脱介效率低的问题,拟设计一种双孔扇形喷头,通过搭建脱介试验系统,在实验室开展了脱介性能的试验研究。结果表明:大喷管直径、切槽角度、偏移量的喷头结构有利于降低筛上磁性物含量,与传统喷头相比,喷头脱介与脱泥效率提升。确定了双孔扇形喷头的关键结构参数为喷管直径φ10 mm,切槽角度70°,偏移量3 mm,喷管倾斜角度分别为35°和40°。In order to solve the problem of difficult sieve penetration and low desliming efficiency of traditional de-bonding screen nozzle in coal processing plant,a double-hole fan nozzle is proposed to be designed,and the experimental study of de-bonding performance was carried out in the laboratory by building a desliming test system.The results show that the nozzle structure with large nozzle diameter,groove angle and offset is conducive to reducing the content of magnetic material on the screen,and compared with the traditional nozzle,the efficiency of nozzle de-bonding and desliming is improved.The key structural parameters of the two-hole fan nozzle were determined to be a nozzle diameter ofφ10 mm,a grooving angle of 70°,an offset of 3 mm,and nozzle tilt angles of 35°and 40°.
