摘 要:为实现低品质煤炭高效综合利用,改善煤炭分选效果,基于乌东选煤厂生产现状,分析了原煤煤质和选煤厂现有生产工艺,原煤各粒度级分布较为均匀,其中重介浅槽入料200~13 mm含量为42.84%。考察了原煤重介质浅槽分选效果,不同粒度煤炭存在分选差异,200~50 mm浅槽分选E值为0.032 g/cm^(3),50~25 mm浅槽分选E值为0.067 g/cm^(3),25~13 mm浅槽分选E值为0.072 g/cm^(3)。揭示了浅槽分选系统中煤炭颗粒受力行为,针对现有工艺提出一种适用于高含矸低品质动力煤的干湿联合分选工艺,可有效降低煤炭分选下限,提高煤炭入选率,并增强工艺分选效果。In order to realize high efficient comprehensive utilization of low quality coal and improve coal separation effect,based on the production status of Wudong coal preparation plant,the raw coal quality and the existing production technology of the coal preparation plant are analyzed.The raw coal particle size distribution is relatively uniform,and the content of 200-13 mm in dense medium shallow trough feed is 42.84%.Separation effect of raw coal in dense medium shallow trough was investigated.Separation difference of coal with different granularity existed.The E values of 200-50 mm shallow trough separation are 0.032 g/cm^(3),50-25 mm shallow trough separation are 0.067 g/cm^(3)and 25-13 mm shallow trough separation are 0.072 g/cm^(3).It reveals the mechanical behavior of coal particles in shallow trough separation system,and puts forward a dry-wet combined separation process suitable for low-quality thermal coal with high gangue content,which can effectively reduce the lower limit of coal separation,improve the coal selection rate and enhance the separation effect of the process.
