摘  要:原冷却塔风机驱动系统采用了三相异步电动机+传动轴+减速机的结构形式。该驱动系统存在的主要问题是:具有一定的机械效率损失;组成部件较多,故障点多。对驱动系统进行了改造,采用直联永磁电动机替换了原驱动系统,风机叶片可直接安装在该驱动装置上,无需减速机及联轴器,减少电能消耗、故障点及维修成本。The original cooling tower fan drive system was composed of three-phase asynchronous motor,drive shaft and reducer.The main problems with this drive system were:it had a certain mechanical efficiency loss;there were many components and multiple fault points.The drive system was modified.A direct-coupling permanent magnet motor was used to replace the original drive system.The fan blades could be directly installed on the drive device,and the reducer and coupling were not required.Electricity consumption,fault points,and maintenance costs were reduced.
