摘  要:苜蓿产业的研究和发展对促进草食畜牧业高质量发展具有关键作用。本文通过对2008—2022年我国苜蓿产业技术领域相关专利数据挖掘与分析,重点从专利申请趋势、专利技术领域、专利申请人、专利质量等角度进行分析,并将专利质量与全球其他国家、地区和组织进行了对比分析。研究表明,我国是苜蓿专利申请量最多的国家,专利布局较广,近几年专利申请量趋于平缓态势。相比较而言,我国的苜蓿专利质量总体水平不高,申请人主要来自于农业类高校和科研院所,企业的科研持续创新力有待提升。根据研究结果提出关于加快推进我国苜蓿等草产业及畜牧业转型升级的建议,为我国苜蓿技术领域的研发和产业创新发展提供参考。The research and development of the alfalfa industry plays a crucial role in promoting high-quality development of herbivorous animal husbandry.This article explores and analyzes patent data related to the alfalfa industry technology field in China from 2008 to 2022,with a focus on analyzing patent application trends,patent technology fields,patent applicants,patent quality,and comparing patent quality with other countries,regions,and organizations around the world.Research has shown that China has the highest number of alfalfa patent applications,with a wider patent layout.In recent years,the number of patent applications has tended to stabilize.Compared to other countries,the overall quality of alfalfa patents in China is not high,and applicants mainly come from agricultural universities and research institutes.The sustained innovation capability of enterprises in scientific research needs to be improved.Based on the research results,suggestions are proposed to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Chinese alfalfa and other grass industries and animal husbandry,providing reference for the research and industrial innovation development in the field of alfalfa technology in China.
