花生起垄种植中耕除草装置设计与仿真研究

摘  要:除草刀具作为中耕除草机的关键作业部件,其结构与性能将直接影响到机具的作业效果。目前的除草部件结构只能实现沟底除草,无法实现垄侧除草。根据花生种植的垄体参数和实际作业需求,设计一种仿形除草部件,该结构的设计能够增大作业区域,在原有的沟底除草基础上,增加垄侧中耕除草功能,提高机具作业性能。对仿形除草装置的结构参数和工况进行理论分析,并采用EDEM进行仿真试验。试验结果表明,该装置相比传统除草装置土壤破碎率提高了21.96%,刀具覆盖面积增加了126.48%,工作效率提高了34.12%,从而验证了该装置设计的可行性。Weeding tool is the key working part of weeding machine,its structure and performance will directly affect the working effect of the machine.The current weeding component structure can only realize the weeding at the bottom of the ditch,but can not realize the weeding at the side of the ridge.According to the parameters of peanut planting ridge body and the actual operation requirements,a kind of copying weeding component was designed.The design of the structure can enlarge the working area,increase the function of weeding at the ridge side on the basis of the original weeding at the ditch bottom,and improve the operation performance of the machine.The structure parameters and working conditions of the copying weeding device are analyzed theoretically,and the simulation test is carried out by EDEM.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional weeding device,the soil breakage rate is increased by 21.96%,the tool coverage area is increased by 126.48%,and the working efficiency is increased by 34.12%,which verifies the feasibility of the device.
