摘 要:培养法学类研究生的就业能力是研究生课程所要实现的重要目标。以就业为导向优化法学研究生课程改革不仅有助于实现学校层面学科建设、人才培养的重要目标,更是落实“全面推进依法治国”战略的重大举措。当前,“双轨制”法学研究生课程改革面临课程体系设置雷同,课程实践教学环节效果不明显,课程教学互动与培养目标未有效匹配,课程教学考核设计不合理等问题。为优化法学类研究生的课程改革,建议设置科学合理的研究生课程体系、优化“双轨制”法学研究生课程的教学内容、创新“双轨制”法学研究生课程的教学方法、规范研究生课程的教学考核评价机制。Cultivating the employment ability of law graduate students is an important goal that graduate courses aim to achieve.Optimizing the curriculum reform of law graduate students guided by employment not only helps to achieve the important goals of discipline construction and talent cultivation at the school level,but also is a major measure to implement the strategy of“comprehensively promoting the rule of law”.At present,the reform of the“dual track”law graduate course is facing problems such as identical curriculum system settings,unclear effectiveness in practical teaching,ineffective matching between course teaching interaction and training objectives,and unreasonable design of course teaching assessment.To optimize the curriculum reform of law graduate students,it is recommended to establish a scientific and reasonable graduate curriculum system,optimize the teaching content of the“dual track”law graduate curriculum,innovate the teaching methods of the“dual track”law graduate curriculum,and standardize the teaching assessment and evaluation mechanism of graduate courses.
