摘 要:战斗部不敏感主装药的使用与不敏感炸药在传爆序列中的应用对不敏感弹药引信传爆序列的起爆能力提出了更高的要求。基于多点同步起爆增强机理,采用理论分析与数值模拟方法研究了多点起爆对爆轰波汇聚及传爆序列输出威力的影响规律。研究结果表明,随着起爆点数的增加,见证板的中心超压区峰值压力逐渐增大,当起爆点数量增加至4个后,压力增长趋势变缓,此时在中心超压区峰值压力可达单爆轰波压力峰值的2.46倍。试验结果表明,4点同步起爆比单点起爆的输出威力提高了约38.6%。The use of insensitive main charges in warheads and the application of insensitive explosive train place higher demands on the initiation ability of the explosive train of insensitive ammunition fuses.Based on the enhancement mechanism of multi-point synchronous initiation,the influence of multi-point initiation on the convergence of detonation wave and the output power of detonation sequence was studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.The research results indicated that,as the number of initiation points increases,the peak pressure in the center overpressure zone of the witness plate gradually increased.When the number of initiation points increased to four,the pressure growth trend slowed down.At this time,the peak pressure in the center overpressure zone could reach 2.46 times the peak pressure of a single detonation wave.The test results showed that the output power of four points synchronous initiation increased by about 38.6%compared to single point initiation.
